I design for people, not pixels. Over the last 8+ years, I’ve had the privilege of shaping experiences at IBM, Deloitte, Honeywell, Amazon, and Google. My work lives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and empathy—turning complex systems into clear, human-centered experiences that impact millions (and sometimes billions).

But if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: design isn’t about me—it’s about people.

🌱 My Story

I started out with a Computer Science degree at Andhra University, where I learned logic, structure, and systems thinking. But I quickly realized that while code solves problems, design solves for people. That realization changed my trajectory from engineering toward user experience.

Since then, I’ve worked across industries—from consulting to aviation, retail to e-commerce, and now large-scale platforms. Each role added new dimensions to my design philosophy: simplify complexity, empathize with people, and never lose sight of the impact.

👩‍🏫 Mentorship & Training

Design isn’t just what I do—it’s what I share. Over the years, I’ve mentored students, freshers, and design teams through platforms like ITLH and Designerrs, as well as in-house at the companies I’ve worked with.

For me, mentoring isn’t about handing down answers—it’s about asking better questions, sparking curiosity, and helping young designers discover their own creative voice. Watching someone grow from hesitation to confidence is one of the most fulfilling parts of my journey.
